Erick grew up in the Southern Oklahoma town of Elmore City. Erick was fortunate to earn a scholarship playing Quarterback at the University of Central Oklahoma. Erick earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and began working in the Commercial Insurance Industry 2 days after his graduation in 2003.
Erick has been successful in the Commercial Insurance Industry over the last 18 years where he has excelled in several positions. Those positions include Producer (7 years) , Group Health Specialist (2 years) , District Sales Leader (4 years) , Regional Sales Leader (4 years), and is currently the Director of Sales where he leads a team of 25 Producers in Oklahoma and Texas.
Under Erick's leadership, as a District Sales Leader in Oklahoma, his team of 9 Producers grew 30% in revenue and as a Regional Sales Leader, in California & Colorado, his team of 49 Producers grew 32% in revenue.
Erick's top career achievements include 4 "Top 15 Producer “awards , 4 "Top 10 District Leader" awards, and 1 "Top 2 Regional Leader" awards.
In Erick's personal time he enjoys spending time with his wife Lauren (of 12 years) & his two children Emma (9) and Cale (7). He also enjoys traveling, playing golf, and anything sports related. He especially enjoys going to OU Sooner football games & following the Central Oklahoma Bronchos.
